A bit about ISIS

ISIS sessions offer a range of contraceptive methods including long acting reversible methods, chlamydia testing and treatment, testing for other sexual transmitted infections and treatment or referral, advice and support for planned and unplanned pregnancy, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception and general advice & support on a range of sexual health issues.

ISIS offer everyone the same level of confidentiality even if you are under 16. This means you can tell others about your visit, but ISIS won’t (unless they’re worried that you or others may not be safe and might need extra help). You can also go on your own without a parent or carer. These sessions are open for both young men and women. You can ask to see male or female staff if you prefer and ISIS will do their best to make sure that happens.

All about C-Card

For more information on where to get a range of free condoms and lubricants, please visit the Sefton C-Card website. Remember, condoms come in all shapes, sizes, colours and textures – so you’re sure to find the right ‘fit’ for you.

Condoms don’t have to be the boring ‘passion killers’ that people make out – it’s about attitude. If you’re feeling brave, ask the people at C-Card for some unusual ones when you pop in… flavoured? ribbed? glow in the dark? It’s up to you!

What’s also good to know is that you can also pick-up some free lubricant whilst you’re there, which helps enhance sensation when you’re having sex making everything that bit more enjoyable. After all, sex is about having fun – right?
